If you don’t have the time/staff or wish to get additional support then we can physically prepare your documents for archive using our experienced team of trained staff (DBS/CRB & CTC checked)

 

We can operate on your site or offsite at our secure facility,  either on a regular basis or a one off full clear down.

 

We currently store NHS patient medical files and have boxed, collected and catalogued over 50k GP medical records with the minimum disruption to the surgeries.

 

Individual files can be barcoded enabling safe and efficient file retrieval. We will index, record and fill the boxes with your files and folders and provide you with a simple spreadsheet for your reference.

Size 1: Archive Box: 275 x 255 x 380 mm

Size 2: Large Archive Box: 330 x 265 x 385 mm
